Ammonia/CO2 Cascade system for poultry slaughter house.
The system is made with:
Four GRASSO ammonia compressors divided into two circuits with flooded ammonia/glycol heat exchangers. Glycol at -10˚C is supplying all 0˚C cold stores, air conditioning areas and the cascade condensers for the CO2 systems.
The factory has one cascade CO2 system 200 KW at -40˚C for the blast freezers and one cascade CO2 system 185 KW at -32˚C for storage freezer rooms.
